This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to the data of Internet users (hereinafter referred to as the User) collected by GRACE FORUM LLC. (hereinafter referred to as the hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) using the site https://grace-forum.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1.6. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Site Administration notifies the User about this by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Site https://grace-forum.ru

1.7. After posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Site, the previous version is stored in the archive of documentation of the Site Administration.

1.8. By using the Feedback Form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1.9. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the User.

PROCESSED DATA

2.1. Personal information on the Site is provided by the User independently using online forms and software modules of the Site.

2.2. The information about yourself provided by the User on the Site includes your name and phone number and/or email address.

2.3. The Administration reserves the right to set requirements for the composition of the User's personal data collected on the Site.

2.4. The Site Administration processes information about the User, including his personal data, such as: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, etc., in order to provide services/sell goods offered on the Site.

2.5. By posting information about yourself on the Site, the User understands and accepts the possibility of using third-party software on the Site, such as the Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics etc. for collecting statistics on visits.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The data is used by the Site Administration for the following purposes:

а) processing incoming requests from the User via the Feedback Form on the site;

STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The User's personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and is used strictly for the purpose specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. The User's personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except for the cases expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy, specified in clause 2.5.

5.2. The provision of the User's personal data at the request of state bodies, local self-government bodies is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

TERMS OF STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The User's personal data is stored on the electronic media of the site indefinitely.

6.2. The User's personal data is destroyed at the request of the user on the basis of his request, or at the initiative of the Site Administrator without explanation by deleting the information posted by the User by the Site Administration.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

Users have the right, on the basis of a request, to receive information from the Site Administration regarding the processing of their personal data.

The Site Administrator takes technical and organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

USER REQUESTS

All information received by the Administration from the User is restricted access information and is not subject to disclosure without the User's written consent. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request may not be used without the User's special consent, except for responding to the subject of the request received or in cases expressly provided for by law.
